Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Market Access Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for assigned products.

Payer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, insurance companies, and other payers.

Value Proposition Development

Collaborate with HEOR and medical teams to create evidencebased value dossiers and reimbursement submissions.

Pricing Strategy

Support pricing decisions and develop pricing models that balance commercial objectives with payer expectations.

Access Programs

Design and oversee patient access programs, financial assistance schemes, and other initiatives to enhance uptake.

CrossFunctional Coordination

Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs to align access strategies with broader commercial plans.

Market Intelligence

Monitor policy changes, competitor access strategies, and reimbursement trends to adapt plans proactively.

Compliance

Ensure all market access activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

DecisionMaking Responsibilities

Approve payer engagement plans, access program initiatives, and pricing recommendations.
