Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement Relationship Management
Serve as the primary IT point of contact for regionalsite business teams.
Understand business strategies, challenges, and pain points translate them into IT opportunities.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions e.g., QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, RD.
Digital Opportunity Identification
Identify and prioritize digital initiatives that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to recommend suitable technology solutions.
Solution Delivery Support
Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to implement enterprise solutions at the site.
Ensure timely execution of digital initiatives and smooth handover to support teams.
Coordinate sitespecific configurations, validations, and trainings in line with compliance guidelines.
Value Realization Adoption
Monitor KPIs and business impact postimplementation to ensure the expected value is delivered.
Drive user adoption, resolve issues, and gather feedback for future improvements.
Compliance Governance Support
Ensure solutions meet GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure auditreadiness of IT systems.
Communication Change Management
Develop and execute communication plans for digital initiatives.
Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance management.
Key Decisions
Prioritize sitelevel digital initiatives based on business value and IT alignment.
Recommend whether to adopt global solutions asis or propose justified local deviations.
Escalate roadblocks or risks that could impact timeline, cost, or compliance.
Support vendor and tool selection in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT procurement policies.
