Support daily operations related to common processes in DS mAbs manufacturing e.g., buffermedia prep, clean utilities monitoring, consumables handling
Adhere to all SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols during routine and nonroutine operations
Record and review operational data in batch recordslogbooksEBRs with accuracy and compliance
Participate in continuous improvement CI initiatives including 5S, waste elimination, cycle time reduction, and performance monitoring
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPAs
Collaborate with CIOperational Excellence teams to gather data, analyze trends, and propose process improvements
Monitor and track equipment performance, downtime, and deviation trends
Participate in internal audits, inspections, and training programs to ensure audit readiness
Escalate equipment or process deviations promptly and support investigations
Engage in knowledge sharing and training of new team members on improved processes and systems
Decide on proper escalation of nonconformances, deviations, or equipment issues
Determine appropriate actions based on SOPs during buffermedia prep and equipment handling
Recommend operational changes or CI ideas that improve efficiency, compliance, or safety
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in daily manufacturing workflows
Support crossfunctional decisionmaking by providing operational insights and data analysis
