Role Summary
Job specific competencies and skills: • Hands on experience in cell-based assays (proliferation assay, inhibition assays and other signal transduction assays), receptor binding assays (ELISA, SPR and flow cytometer). • Hands on experience PCR based assays and process impurity assays (HCP, HCDNA and Pro-A assays). • Knowledge of analysis software including softmax pro, PLA, Graphpad will be an added advantage. • Should have basic knowledge with analytical method validation, method transfer and compendial method verification. • The knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH and USP) will be an added advantage. • Adherence to cGMP (current good manufacturing Practice), cGLP (Current Good laboratory Practice). • Adherence to EHS management system in the organization. • Co-ordinating to QC for Out of specification investigation.

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: B.Sc
Required Experience: 1 - 4 years
