Market Access Planning and Execution
Develop market access strategies for pipeline and inline products, including value dossiers, risksharing models, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Lead submissions to HTA and reimbursement bodies, ensuring alignment with commercial timelines and value messages.
Pricing Strategy Development
Design, implement, and monitor product pricing strategies to support commercial objectives and ensure compliance with globallocal pricing policies.
Analyze competitor pricing and market dynamics to inform local pricing decisions.
Payer and Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key payer stakeholders, including public and private payers, government agencies, and procurement bodies.
Negotiate pricing and reimbursement agreements where required.
Commercial Analytics and Insights
Lead the generation of actionable insights from commercial data sales, pricing, claims, access barriers.
Support sales and marketing teams with segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Data Governance and Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on access performance, pricing impact, and market dynamics.
Oversee development and maintenance of pricing databases and analytical dashboards.
Crossfunctional Collaboration
Work closely with medical affairs, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams to align access strategies with product positioning, clinical data, and financial expectations.
Act as a bridge between the field force and market access objectives.
Team Leadership and Capability Building
Lead a team where applicable of pricing analysts, market access specialists, and data scientists.
Develop internal capabilities in access negotiation, pricing strategy, and analytics.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all pricing, tendering, and market access activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Identify and mitigate pricing and reimbursement risks.
