Role Overview:

The Quality Control Intern will assist the QC team in inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they meet defined quality standards. This role provides hands-on exposure to inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality compliance practices in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished productsRecord and maintain quality inspection data and reportsSupport the identification of defects and non-conforming productsAssist in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers)Help ensure compliance with company quality standards and specificationsParticipate in sampling procedures and quality checksSupport documentation of test results and deviation reportsAssist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment (as required)Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of QC work areas
