Role Summary
Key Responsibilities • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for the U.S. and Canada operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering clear insights into performance versus budget and forecast. • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders across the commercial organization, including sales, marketing, and operations. Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key business decisions, product launches, and go-to-market strategies. • Commercial Strategy Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support the evaluation of new product launches, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives. Help shape commercial strategies through financial modeling and business case development. • Revenue & Cost Management: Oversee revenue forecasting and cost tracking for the U.S. and Canada markets, ensuring accurate reporting and robust controls. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage product profitability and promotional spending. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data to support business performance tracking and decision-making. • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory requirements, while maintaining a strong internal control environment. Prepare for periodic internal and external audits. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the commercial, legal, and supply chain departments, to ensure financial alignment with operational goals and objectives. • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Lead or support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives that may arise, providing clear and concise financial insights to senior management.

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: MBA
Required Experience: 5 - 7 years
