Job Description: 

 1. Job Summary

The Trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training to gain practical experience and develop the skills required for a future role within the department. This position is designed to provide learning opportunities, exposure to business processes, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning activities assigned by the department.
  • Assist in daily operations, administrative tasks, and project-related activities.
  • Observe and understand standard operating procedures, workflows, and company policies.
  • Support the team in data collection, documentation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with supervisors to identify areas of improvement and learning goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Complete tasks and assignments within given deadlines.
  • Prepare progress reports and present learning outcomes as required.

 

3. Requirements

Education

  • Diploma / Degree in [relevant field], or equivalent qualification.
