Job Responsibility and key Decisions

IT Infrastructure Management

Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.

Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.

Network Administration Security

Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VPN networks to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.

Implement network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption.

Support disaster recovery DR and business continuity planning BCP initiatives.

SAP Business Application Support

Assist in the integration of IT infrastructure with SAP and other businesscritical applications.

Work closely with the SAP team to ensure smooth connectivity and performance of enterprise applications.

Support upgrades, patch management, and system enhancements for SAP and other IT systems.

EndUser Support Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, performance issues, and IT service requests.

Ensure timely response to IT service tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Compliance IT Governance

Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, security policies, and system configurations.

Conduct periodic system audits and vulnerability assessments.

Vendor Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software procurement.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams IT, security, SAP, and business users to ensure seamless IT operations.

Emerging Technology Process Improvement

Stay updated on the latest advancements in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance IT efficiency and security.

Contribute to IT automation and digital transformation initiatives.
