Planning, executing and monitoring of the disinfectant preparation and filtration as specified in the SOPs.

Operation of Equipments like Dynamic Pass box, peristaltic pump Fogging Machine Not limited to.

Operation verification If applicable of Analytical instruments like pH and Conductivity Meter Integrity Testing Machine Not limited to.

Coordinating and monitoring the area equipment cleaning activities.

Imparting training to contract employees on the SOPs related to facility.

Initiation of notifications in SAP for instrumentsequipments breakdown followup.

Responsible to draft preliminary investigation for deviations, proposal for change control and implementation of CAPAs to ensure high quality GMP standard.

Operation of devices like Calculators Barcode Scanning System Not limited to.

Completion of trainings before the execution of activities.

Adherence to SOP and good manufacturing practices.

Adherence to material movement, equipment movement waste movement procedures.

Material consumption in SAP if any.

Verification, receiving, transfer process wise stage wise segregation of materials. Dispensed as per approved BOM.

Ensuring the equipment instruments are within the Preventive maintenance Calibration due dates and witnessing the Preventive maintenance and calibration activities.

Handling of material movement on shop floor appropriately.

Sequencing the procedures and processes which are taking place on shop floor.

Identifying the procedural gaps and addressing the same.

Involving in the material washing and preparation activities.

Documenting the operations in appropriate sections of the documents by following GDP.

Identifying and reporting the nonconformities Events and coordinating in investigating the same for identification of the root cause.

Complying with QA EHS procedures.

Identifying and reporting the EHS related nonconformities Incidents and coordinating in investigating the same for identification of the root cause.

Monitoring for appropriate clean room behaviours, health hygiene practices and personnel entryexit procedures are followed in shop floor.

Escorting the visitors as per the SOP.
