Role Purpose

The Team Member – QA – QMS is responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) processes, ensuring that all quality events and records are handled in compliance with GMP, GDP, and company procedures. The role plays a critical part in maintaining a state of control and inspection readiness, supporting both site-based and corporate quality systems.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Execute and support the processing of deviations, ensuring timely closure and proper documentation.

Assist in CAPA lifecycle management, from initiation to verification of effectiveness VoE.

Support change control activities, including impact assessment documentation and approvals.

Maintain and track quality KPIs and dashboards related to QMS performance.

Review and assist in updating SOPs, policies, and controlled documents in the document management system.

Ensure all QMS records are auditready and archived according to retention policies.

Coordinate with departments to close open actions e.g., CAPA, training, effectiveness checks.

Participate in internal audit followups and inspection readiness activities.

Assist in preparing training materials and tracking QMSrelated training compliance.

Identify opportunities for QMS process improvement and suggest enhancements.

Escalate overdue or highrisk quality events to QMS or site leadership as required.

Escalate delays or inconsistencies in QMS records for resolution.

Recommend procedural or document updates for improved compliance.

Identify training or support needs for functional users of QMS processes.

Propose improvements based on trend data or recurring issues in quality events.
