Company Overview

Role Purpose

The Team Member – Warehousing is responsible for executing warehousing activities including receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods. The role ensures inventory accuracy, adherence to GMP, and supports audit readiness and service excellence. This role plays a key part in inventory integrity, safe material handling, and compliance with documentation and regulatory protocols.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Inbound Material Handling

Receive raw materials, packaging materials, or finished goods from vendors or manufacturing.

Perform visual inspection, check documentation invoice, COA, and coordinate with QA for sampling and release.

Storage Bin Management

Store materials in appropriate temperature and humidity conditions based on storage instructions ambientcoldhazardous.

Ensure proper binning, labeling, and stock rotation FIFOFEFO.

Material Issuance Dispensing

Issue materials to production or packing as per batch planning, ensuring accurate weighing, labeling, and documentation.

Perform system transactions for material issuance using ERP.

Outbound Dispatch Support

Prepare and pack goods for dispatch as per sales orders or transfer orders.

Coordinate with QA, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure readiness.

Inventory Accuracy Stock Management

Perform cycle counting, physical stock verification, and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor for nearexpiry, nonmoving, or quarantined stock, and support disposal protocols.

Compliance Audit Readiness

Maintain complete, accurate, and auditready documentation for all warehouse activities.

Follow GMPGDP practices and ensure area cleanliness and pest control.
