Role Purpose

Team Member-MFG-DP(Fill Finish)-Med Devices, Packaging Ops and Visual Inspection-Visual Inspection: Plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical and biosimilar products. This role involves meticulously examining products for visual defects, contamination, or deviations from quality standards. Accurate identification and reporting of any issues are essential to maintaining product integrity. Consistent adherence to inspection protocols and detailed documentation of findings are also key responsibilities. Regular calibration of inspection tools and adherence to operational procedures ensure the reliability of the inspection process.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

1 Organize, direct and monitor all line (secondary and tertiary packing) activities necessary for the timely production of high quality products, in a cost-effective manner, under safe conditions, and according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). 2 Prepares daily/weekly schedule for smooth production flow to meet production schedule. 3 Direct the execution of shop orders according to standard lead times/machine rates/man hours and agreed schedules 4 Monitors and reports daily, weekly and monthly line output and compliance to production schedule. Adherence to the shift schedule or report for any change in schedule. 5 Reviews and checks availability of materials needed before start of any operation. Starts line operation only if materials are complete and approved. 6 Monitors and controls yield and wastage according to standard. 7 Plan line work effectively to optimize utilization of equipment, energies and labor hours. 8 Strictly implements line clearance procedure. Does not start line unless it is cleared to operate. Escalates any issue immediately to superior. 9 Check correctness of machine and line set-up according to standard.
