The Team Member – MSAT (Product Group – Analytical) supports the execution of analytical testing, method implementation, data analysis, and documentation activities related to manufacturing processes. The role contributes to maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance by providing timely and accurate analytical support within the product group.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing of raw materials, inprocess samples, and finished products as per established protocols.

Support method transfers, validations, and troubleshooting activities within the product group.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of analytical activities in compliance with GMP.

Assist in data analysis and generation of reports for manufacturing support and investigations.

Participate in investigations related to deviations and outofspecification results.

Collaborate with MSAT, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support product quality and process understanding.

Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Key Decisions

Identify and report discrepancies or deviations in analytical results.

Determine when to escalate issues or seek guidance from supervisors.

Ensure timely completion of assigned testing and documentation tasks.

Recommend improvements in routine testing processes or documentation to supervisors.
