The Manufacturing Intern will support day‑to‑day production activities and gain hands‑on exposure to manufacturing operations, processes, and quality standards. The intern will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in daily manufacturing and production activities as per SOPs
• Support documentation activities such as batch records, logs, and checklists
• Observe and assist in equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality guidelines at all times
• Support troubleshooting of minor operational issues under supervision
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area

Learning Exposure

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Exposure to GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance practices
• Hands‑on experience with production equipment and documentation
• Industry best practices in pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc in:
  • Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical or related field
• Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts
• Willingness to work in a shop‑floor/plant environment
