About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interview
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal database
- Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirement
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirement
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain and manage daily recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate status.
- Generate and share regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of candidate information in internal systems
- Support data accuracy and consistency across recruitment tools and dashboards.
- Support in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
