Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Strategy Development Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for advanced markets in alignment with the companys overall objectives and longterm vision.

Market Analysis Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and growth opportunities within the advanced markets.

Partnership and Alliances Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other stakeholders to expand Biocon Biologics footprint.

Portfolio Expansion Identify and evaluate opportunities for inlicensing, outlicensing, and acquisition of biologics and biosimilar assets that complement our portfolio.

CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including RD, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to drive successful business development initiatives.

Negotiation Lead negotiations of complex licensing agreements, supply agreements, and other business contracts.

Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to business development activities.

Market Access Develop strategies for market access, pricing, and reimbursement in advanced markets to ensure the successful commercialization of products.

Team Leadership Build and lead a highperforming business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
