Sales Leadership and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

Sales Planning and Target Achievement

Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Customer Relationship Management
