Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems.

Support the installation and commissioning of automation systems and instrumentation.

Conduct routine checks, loop checks, and signal tests under supervision.

Maintain proper documentation for calibration, maintenance, and repairs.

Participate in preventive maintenance activities for instrumentation and automation equipment.

Report any abnormalities or equipment failures to supervisors promptly.

Follow all EHS and GMP protocols during work activities.

Coordinate with QA and validation teams during qualification and audits.

Ensure proper handling and storage of calibration and testing instruments.

Key Decisions

Escalating equipment faults or deviations promptly.

Ensuring calibration and maintenance records are complete and accurate.

Applying correct procedures during calibration and troubleshooting tasks.

Reporting safety or compliance concerns related to instrumentation and automation.
