Job Summary:

The R&D Intern will assist the Research & Development team in conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting innovation initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in research methodologies, product/process development, and problem-solving while contributing to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting research and gathering relevant data for ongoing projects
• Support the development and improvement of products, processes, or services
• Perform literature reviews, benchmarking, and market research
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support R&D activities
• Document research findings, reports, and technical records
• Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation activities (if applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, or engineering
• Participate in brainstorming and innovation sessions
• Support experimentation and trials under supervision
• Maintain proper documentation of all R&D work and progress
