Role Overview:

The R&D Intern will support the Research & Development team in innovation, product development, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to research methodologies, experimentation, prototyping, and testing in a real-world industrial or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and development activities for new products or process improvements
• Support design, development, and prototyping of components/products
• Conduct experiments, testing, and data collection under supervision
• Document research findings, test results, and technical reports
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Support the preparation of technical presentations and project documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Design
• Participate in brainstorming and innovation discussions
• Assist in maintaining R&D lab equipment and tools
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D activities
