Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to support our IT team in maintaining and improving our organization’s technology infrastructure. This internship provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system support, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Support user account management, including system access and permissions
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, and records
• Monitor system performance and report any issues or irregularities
• Help with software updates, system upgrades, and backups
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements as assigned
