Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who will work as an process engineer for synthetic R&D Monitor R&D experiments & suggest modification for process development. New facility creation and modification in the existing facility for the new / existing products Preparation & review of IOM & Technical reports Trouble shooting and establishing the process with trial batch in the plant scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor R&D experiments & suggest modification for process development. 2. New facility creation and modification in the existing facility for the new / existing products 3. Review of URS, IQ, OQ and PQ of new equipment procured for specific product 4. Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, HAZOP, risk assessment, mass balance etc. 5. Review of all project related documentation like MFR, e-BMR and Risk assessments. 6. Trouble shooting and establishing the process with trial batch in the plant scale. 7. Suggest & prepare subsequent versions of MFR based on the trial batch observation. 8. Identification of process development /Scale up of cost improvement initiative for existing products from lab scale to plant scale which involves lab demo, what if trial, lab trials and execution of development and validation batches for capacity enhancements, solvent recovery and yield improvement. 9. Preparation & review of IOM & Technical reports 10. Participate in investigation for OOT, OOS, Deviations, Customer Complaints and Product recalls if any and propose corrective / preventive actions (CAPA). 11. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures 12. Application of modern technologies into process wherever possible to ease the work flow. 13. Monitoring the process efficiencies. 14. Adherence to Good Manufacturing practices. 15. To review the Change Control and Deviation Reports 16. To follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS management system. 17. To coordinate with QA for all the validation, qualification and Audit preparedness.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.Tech
Required Experience: 1 - 4 years
