Role Purpose
Team Manager-RND-Process Sciences-Cell Culture: Responsible for overseeing upstream processes, particularly cell culture functions. This role involves leading the functional development activities for the projects, manage talents within the function, budget adherence, cross functional communications, decision making for the function, drive activities as per the project timelines thereby ensuring that uptream operations are efficient, scalable and meet regulatory requirements. Adherence to good documentation and data integrity practices.
