Key Responsibilities

Controllership Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards e.g., IFRS, GAAP.

Oversee monthend and yearend close processes, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audit processes.

Treasury Cash Management

Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

Optimize working capital and ensure efficient fund utilization.

Support treasury operations including FX management, debt servicing, and investment planning.

Finance Operations

Oversee daytoday finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting.

Financial Planning Analysis FPA

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and longrange financial planning processes.

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.

Monitor business performance through KPIs, variance analysis, and trend evaluation.

Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.

Strategic Business Support

Partner with business units to align financial goals with operational strategies.

Support capital allocation decisions, investment evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.

Act as a financial advisor to crossfunctional teams and senior management.

Team Leadership Development

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple functions.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
