Role Purpose

Team Member-Quality-QA-DS-In Process: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) monitors and assesses quality during the manufacturing process. This role involves inspecting and testing in-process materials, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The objective is to support continuous quality improvement and ensure that products meet specified quality criteria throughout production.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Participation and monitoring of Aseptic process simulations Medial fills.

Line clearance for various stages of product manufacturing, filtration, filling, sealing, collection area and visual inspection activities.

Verification of reconciliation and receipt of BMRs.

FP sample collection and submission to visual inspection for batch.

Receipt, review, and closure of work orders.

Review of BMS and Particle Monitoring System print outs.

Review of Preventive Maintenance checklists.

Online BMR review during activity.

Aseptic practice monitoring throughout the batch filling at aseptic areas.

Review of operators intervention participation record.

Review of entry and exit log for aseptic processing area.

Performing AQL inspection.

Review of NVPC trends.

Technical documents review and approval.
