Role Purpose

Team Member-MFG-OE-Special Projects ( Lean/ Six Sigma/ VSM): Focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By working closely with cross-functional teams, this position aims to optimize operational performance, reduce waste, and support the achievement of high-quality production standards.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Assist in the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping VSM methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.

Support the identification of process inefficiencies and help develop improvement plans.

Participate in data collection and analysis to track project progress and performance metrics.

Assist in mapping value streams and analysing workflow to identify bottlenecks and waste.

Help facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions for process improvement initiatives.

Document project outcomes, lessons learned and maintain records for future reference.

Support the creation of training materials and assist in training staff on Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process changes and ensure sustainability.
