Key Responsibilities
- Work with different expression systems and develop them for enzyme expression - Develop new technologies for improving expression - Collaborating with process team to develop scalable strain - Should know about frame of DNA and charge on a DNA molecule in solution - Cell banking - Shake flask experiments - Documentation & Data preparation
