Role Purpose

Team Member-RND-Process Sciences-Cell Line Development: Focuses on applying molecular biology techniques to cell line development. Responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments to understand molecular mechanisms, developing assays, and supporting the optimization of process development. Adherence to good documentation and data integrity practices. Utilization of molecular insights to optimize biological processes and drive innovations in process sciences. Review of literature to improve current practices and update on new technologies.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Assist in the development and optimization of stable cell lines to produce recombinant proteins and biologics.

Conduct cell culture experiments to evaluate the growth, productivity, and stability of cell lines.

Support the scaleup and adaptation of cell lines for largescale production in bioreactors.

Perform characterization of cell lines, including cell viability, productivity, and genetic stability analysis.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and optimize cell line development processes.

Prepare detailed documentation, including protocols, experimental reports, and cell line development records.

Ensure compliance with GxP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout the cell line development process.
