Key Responsibilities

1. Process Support

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing manufacturing process data.
• Support execution of experiments or lab-scale studies for process improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting of process deviations and equipment issues.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain technical reports, SOPs, batch records, and validation documents.
• Ensure documentation meets internal quality and GMP standards.
• Support change control, CAPA documentation, and deviation investigations.

3. Technology Transfer

• Support transfer of new products/processes from R&D to Manufacturing.
• Assist in generating process flow diagrams, bill of materials, and process parameters.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform statistical data analysis (using Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc.).
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings for the MSAT team.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Quality, Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to support ongoing MSAT initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and provide timely updates.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of bioprocessing / pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; statistical tools preferred.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed:
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or
  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm, or
  • M.Sc in Life Sciences or related fields.
