Role Summary

Lead Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in DCS - PLC - SCADA based Automation & Field Instrumentation to drive independently project activities to work in team & lead complete Project activities. 
• Shall be responsible to understand, learn, review and get correct basis of Design, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, Data sheets, IO List, Index, BOQ, Layouts. 
• Review of technical offers, float enquiries to suppliers and prepare the Techno-Commercial Evaluation. 
• Shall be responsible to understand, review & support calibration, Installation & commissioning of PLC /SCADA/ DCS / Instruments. 
• Will be responsible to prepare Budget, Ordering, Tracking for receipt of material, Inspection, prepare progress reports for day to day. 
• Review Cable & Cable Tray Schedule, Hardware BOQ, Consumables requirements for execution at site with Supervising & co - ordination with contractor manpower for day to day work. 
• Shall be responsible to understand, preparation, review and execution of protocol, test cases for computerized system Qualification - Validation documentation.
• Shall be responsible to understand, learn the automation stack and carry out/support L2 integration.
• Hands-on experience in DCS System Programming will be considered an added advantage.
• Understanding the project requirements and completing all duties as assigned by supervisor/seniors.
• Timely reporting issues and ensuring its resolution with appropriate documentation.
• Responsible to for ensuring comliance with HSE, cGMP and other relevant regulations.

Qualification: B Tech (Instrumentation)
Experience: 15 - 20 years
