Role Purpose

The Team Member – MES Operations supports the effective functioning and maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within the manufacturing facility. This role involves day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support of the MES to ensure smooth production operations, accurate data capture, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The team member works closely with the MES operations team and other stakeholders to address system issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Monitor daily MES system activities and transactions to ensure operational continuity.

Provide firstlevel support to MES users, addressing queries and escalating complex issues as needed.

Assist in troubleshooting MES system errors and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.

Support the documentation of MES operations, including incident logs and user manuals.

Participate in training programs to enhance MES knowledge and operational skills.

Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure MES data accuracy and compliance.

Assist in generating reports from MES to support production and quality monitoring.

Support system updates and validation activities by providing operational insights.

Adhere to data integrity and GMP standards in all MESrelated tasks.
