Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Act as the onsiteregional IT business partner for manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or other operational functions.

Understand local business processes, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation or IT enablement.

Support the rollout and lifecycle of enterprise applications and digital tools e.g., MES, LIMS, electronic logbooks, mobile apps.

Coordinate with central IT teams on deployment of global or regional solutions, ensuring local readiness and adoption.

Manage local IT initiatives from initiation to delivery, tracking timelines, scope, budgets, and quality.

Ensure IT systems supporting operations are available, validated, and compliant with pharma regulations.

Facilitate business case development, solution evaluations, and ROI discussions for digital projects.

Represent IT in sitelevel governance forums, audits, and operational review meetings.

Support user onboarding, system training, change management, and postimplementation support.

Monitor IT service performance e.g., ticket resolution, uptime, escalate service issues, and ensure user satisfaction.

Maintain documentation for business requirements, system configurations, validations, and SOPs.

Key Decisions

Recommendation of suitable ITdigital solutions for local business problems.

Prioritization of siteregional IT initiatives based on business impact and urgency.

Coordination and approval of local process changes within IT systems.

Validation support and approval of change control and compliance documentation.
