Key Responsibilities
- Assist in downstream manufacturing operations such as:
- Filtration, chromatography, centrifugation, and buffer preparation
- Support batch manufacturing activities under supervision, ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Assist in preparation, review, and maintenance of manufacturing documentation including:
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
- Logbooks and deviation records
- Participate in cleaning, sanitization, and equipment preparation activities
- Support troubleshooting of routine process issues and report deviations
- Assist in yield monitoring, process observations, and data recording
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines at all times
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, and Engineering when required
