Role Summary

Generic Formulations - Electrical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Good knowledge on maintenance of OSD Process equipment's like Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and Check weigher, RMG, FBE, Tablet Coating machine, Blisters and bottle packing lines, pass box, LAF. Good knowledge on maintenance and operation of Utility and HVAC equipment's like chiller, Air compressor, AHU, cooling towers, Hot water generation system Hands on experience in working with Motor, PCC and MCC panels, transformer, drives, sensors, valves, pumps, Blowers, and all electrical related equipment maintenance. Hands on experience in trouble shooting. Should be worked in shift Should be handled the breakdown and preventive maintenance of OSD process equipment To maintain minimum breakdown time and ensure the maximum availability of Equipment for production usage. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements. Issue of work permits for every activity.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.E
Required Experience: 1 - 6 years
