Role Purpose

The Team Manager – GRA – Lifecycle Management leads and manages a team responsible for all post-approval regulatory activities across the product portfolio globally. This includes managing regulatory variations, renewals, labeling changes, and commitments to ensure ongoing compliance and market access. The role ensures that lifecycle submissions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with global strategies and local regulatory requirements, enabling uninterrupted supply and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting postapproval regulatory documents globally.

Develop and implement regulatory strategies for variations, renewals, labeling changes, and other lifecycle activities.

Ensure submissions are compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and timelines.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to evaluate change impacts and define appropriate regulatory pathways.

Monitor submission status and manage health authority interactions for lifecycle activities.

Oversee maintenance of regulatory documentation and tracking of submission progress.

Ensure audit and inspection readiness of regulatory lifecycle processes and documentation.

Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lifecycle management efficiency and quality.

Report on team performance, key metrics, and risks to senior management.

Key Decisions

Prioritization of lifecycle submissions and resource allocation based on business impact and compliance risk.

Determination of regulatory pathways for postapproval changes.

Escalation and resolution of regulatory challenges affecting product supply or compliance.

Approval of submission content and regulatory strategies developed by the team.
