Process Standardization Best Practices

Support the design and rollout of standard supply chain processes across plants, business units, and regions.

Help develop CoE playbooks, process libraries, and operational toolkits.

Performance Monitoring Benchmarking

Track, analyze, and report supply chain KPIs on a regular cadence.

Conduct root cause analyses and propose improvement actions for underperforming areas.

Continuous Improvement Projects

Participate in or lead crossfunctional initiatives aimed at improving planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and cost optimization.

Apply problemsolving tools like Fishbone, Pareto, 5 Whys, etc.

SOP Development Governance

Draft or revise SOPs and work instructions to reflect best practices.

Ensure alignment across sites and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Training Knowledge Management

Develop training content and knowledgesharing material for different SCM roles.

Support deployment of elearning modules or inperson training sessions.

Digital and Excellence Tools Deployment

Support the adoption and scaleup of digital tools, analytics dashboards, or automation platforms introduced by the CoE.

Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure alignment between tools and processes.
