Role Purpose

Team Lead-Quality-CQA-Internal Audit: CQA Internal Audits Management is responsible for directing internal audit operations within the Corporate Quality Assurance function. This role involves coordinating and conducting audits, evaluating compliance with quality standards, and implementing necessary corrective actions. The goal is to ensure rigorous quality oversight and continuous improvement through effective audit management.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Harmonization of QMS SOPs.

To improve QMS procedures and implementation across sites including Malaysia.

Managing complete life cycle of corporate quality SOPs Preparation, review, approval, training and implementation.

To Ownverifying the compliance of all SOPs pertaining to corporate QMS elements.

Ensure scheduling and conducting the Internal audits.

Auditor identification for the internal audit and external audits as required.

Act as representative for the regulatory audits and support sites during regulatory audits.

Compliance followup CAPA implementation verification of corporate audits.

Schedule and support vendor audits.

Support the site functions and SCM in qualifying the new vendorsmaterials. Coordinate with SCM for supplier selection and to qualify the same as per the requirement.

To coordinate the management meetings.

Responsible for the global QMR data compliance analysis.

Any other task, as and when assignedrequired need basis.

Secondary responsibilities

To support the medical devices as when required.

To support training team as when requiredneed basis.
