Strategic Sales Thinking Leadership

Set sales target aligned to the strategy of the organization.

Analyse trends and identify key drivers to achieve the target.

Break the strategy down to comprehendible goals and percolate them to the team.

Lead, motivate coach RBMs, BDMs and MRs, to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting,

Achieve and exceed the agreed sales targets.

Field Work Analysis

Collation analysis of field work reports of all reporting levels.

Analysing the trends and taking corrective actions to ensure adherence to the sales and marketing strategy.

Constantly tracking the improvement in filed work and sales.

Marketing strategies Feedback

Participate in strategy meetings provide inputs to marketing department pertaining to hisher specific regions.

Ensure that all the key marketing projects activities are implemented effectively during each cycle in hisher region.

Monitortrack the activities of the team members.

Provide adequate timely feedback to HO on the same competition.

Systems Processes

Ensure that the following is prepared adhered to.

Territory coverage plan of MRs, BDMs RBMs.

Key opinion leader list Coverage by BDMs

Validation of customer list as per company norms

Ensuring timely reporting systems for self and team.

Key Opinion Leader Development

Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers to maximise sales output for Biocons products.

Responsible for developing implementing activities to achieve this goal.
