Role Summary

Generic Formulations - Mechanical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Good knowledge on maintenance of OSD Process equipment's like Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and Check weigher, RMG, FBE, Tablet Coating machine, Blisters and bottle packing lines, pass box, LAF. Good knowledge on maintenance and operation of Utility and HVAC equipment's like chiller, Air compressor, AHU, Exhaust unit. Hot water generation system Exposure to work on Track wise for handling QMS like Change controls, deviations and related CAPAs. Should have knowledge on SAP PM & Breakdown Maintenance module. Participate in audits (Internal and external) related to Engineering and QMS Handling the operation and maintenance of purified water system. Handling the HVAC validation Hands on experience in trouble shooting and work in shift Hands on experience in working with valves, pumps, Blowers, piping, mechanical seal, agitator, rolling shutter. Should be handled the breakdown and preventive maintenance of OSD process equipment To maintain minimum breakdown time and ensure the maximum availability of Equipment for production usage. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements. Issue of work permits for every activity. Inventory management.: Vendor identification, Request for Quotations, Placing Purchase Requests for spares, equipment and service. Preparation of SOP Handling the qualification of equipment and facility. To Identify, Implement energy conservation measures and continual improvements.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.E
Required Experience: 6 - 10 years
