Team Leadership and Development

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.

Allocate resources effectively across territories and accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distributors.
