Role Overview

We are seeking motivated R&D Interns to support our Research & Development team in exploring, analyzing, and developing innovative solutions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in research, experimentation, product development, and documentation while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting research, analysis, and feasibility studies related to new products, technologies, or process improvements
• Support design, development, testing, and validation of prototypes, models, or concepts
• Collect, organize, and analyze experimental or project data
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, quality, or manufacturing
• Stay updated with industry trends, academic research, and emerging technologies
• Follow company guidelines for safety, quality, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:
  • Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Mechatronics / etc.)
  • Science (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Materials Science / etc.)
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and analytical techniques
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of tools/software related to R&D (e.g., MATLAB, Python, CAD tools, data analysis tools, lab instruments, etc.)
• Basic experience with experimentation, simulations, or prototyping
• Familiarity with documentation standards and reporting
• Curiosity, innovation mindset, and willingness to learn
